<h5>Oak Busser Position </h5>We are currently seeking a talented individual to become an Oak Busser. An individual could be successful if they possess the following. The Oak Busser assists the venue wait staff with clearing, cleaning and maintaining tables and venue environment in a timelyand thorough manner. May also assists guests with drink and water refills, condiments, napkins and other requests. Always presents a friendly and professional image at the Hotel/Casino. The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: <ul><li>Provide excellent guest service. </li><li>Clean up spilled food, drink and broken dishes, and remove empty bottles and trash. </li><li>Carry food, dishes, trays, and silverware from kitchens and supply departments to serving counters. </li><li>Carry trays from tables and booths with soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware to kitchen and dishwasher. </li><li>Fill beverage and ice dispensers. </li><li>Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays. </li><li>Replenish supplies of food and equipment at steam tables and service bars. </li><li>Scrape and stack dirty dishes, and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning. </li><li>Stocks all areas of the venue. </li><li>Cleans, resets and maintains tables. </li><li>Maintains all equipment. </li><li>Assures F&B areas are maintained in accordance with company standards, as well as all applicable regulations. </li><li>Remains up-to-date on property events and hours of operation </li><li>May be assigned to various venues throughout the property depending on business needs. </li><li>Cooperates and communicates with all fellow team members, always exhibiting mutual respect and consistently projecting a positive, helpful image/attitude. </li><li>Makes efforts to keep informed of company information and communications by participating in department meetings, huddles and reviewing property bulletin boards, digital signage, and company newsletter. </li><li>Assists other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department. </li><li>Upholds a Four Diamond & Four-Star service model </li><li>Maintains an attitude & philosophy consistent with the company Core Values and Standards of Behavior with internal & external guests </li><li>Punctual attendance required </li><li>Ability to work required overtime. </li><li>Excellent guest service and communication skills </li><li>Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English </li><li>Superior attention to detail and accuracy </li><li>Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Ability to meet strict deadlines </li><li>Ability to multi-task and remain organized </li><li>Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality, discreetness and tact at all times </li><li>Ability to deal effectively and interact well with team members and guests </li><li>Ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner </li><li>Ability to adjust quickly to changing conditions. </li><li>Ability to seek guidance when unsure </li><li>Ability to work with interruptions and/or distractions </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul>Qualification Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
