Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Energizing the dining area by swiftly clearing tables, creating a fresh and inviting atmosphere for new guests to enjoy.</li><li>Collaborating with our talented servers to deliver dishes and refreshing beverages with impeccable timing and precision.</li><li>Showcasing your keen eye for detail as you maintain a spotless and well-organized dining space, setting the stage for a memorable culinary journey.</li><li>Assisting in the replenishment of water glasses, napkins, and condiments, anticipating the needs of our guests and surpassing their expectations.</li><li>Embracing teamwork as you support the front-of-house team, ensuring that every guest feels valued and receives exceptional service.</li><li>Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you'll exhibit your adaptability and grace under pressure, always ready to lend a helping hand.</li><li>Sparking joy with your enthusiastic approach and dedication to providing an unforgettable dining experience, leaving a lasting impression on our valued guests.</li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location (verbal and written).</li><li>Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.</li></ul>Physical Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift)</li><li>Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40–50 lbs (e.g., trays, dish racks, furniture)</li><li>Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and twisting</li><li>Manual dexterity to handle dishes, glassware, and cleaning tools safely</li><li>Ability to work in a hot, wet, and noisy environment (kitchen and dining areas)</li><li>Ability to navigate crowded spaces while carrying items safely</li><li>Visual and auditory ability to identify spills, hazards, and guest needs</li></ul> Who We Are: Milk & Honey is a vibrant New Orleans themed Southern Brunch destination.
