The Clubhouse Director is ultimately responsible for managing team members, program delivery, data-driven outcome measurement, strategic community partnerships, risk management, facility maintenance, and fiscal budget management while cultivating a safe, aspirational, and positive Club culture. Under the supervision of the Senior Vice President of Clubhouse Services, the Clubhouse Director is in charge of the Mission Clubhouse, providing vision, high-level leadership, and daily operational oversight.
