Lead or support Integration Management Office (IMO) workstreams for complex, multi-functional, and cross-border transactions such as synergy realization, day 1 readiness, executive reporting, integration roadmap, communications, and organizational design.- Experience with manufacturing, distribution, or industrial services environments; familiarity with Mergers & Acquisitions is a plus but not required- Functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Operations, HR / Organizational Design, Finance & Accounting Operations, ERP implementation.-
