Experience: Four years of experience in: Purchase order management, including creation, tracking, and processing of purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services in accordance with organizational requirements; Supply and Demand Analysis: predicting material requirements based on production schedule, optimizing inventory levels to meet production demands while reducing excess inventory; Working with logistics export-import documents; Negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships; Cost Management: analyzing cost drivers, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and negotiating favorable terms with suppliers; Risk Management: Assessing and mitigating risks related to supply chain disruptions, market volatility, and supplier reliability; and. Assist in developing and implementing programs with suppliers and internal cross-functional team members that address lead time production, order fill rate performance, quality performance, cost reduction, and technical improvements.
