Presents and explains Bank products and services to customers and assists in meeting their financial needs including the following: opening, closing, and maintaining checking, savings, time deposit, and individual retirement accounts as well as working with safe deposit boxes, savings bonds, credit cards and consumer loans. Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing time deposit accounts, and assisting customers with account inquiries, maintenance, and problem resolution.

Service center teams are accountable for servicing Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), 529 Educational Savings accounts, Qualified Plan Retirement accounts and State Sponsored Retirement Program accounts.

America's leading replacement window company, Window World, is looking for a Senior Call Center Specialist to join our Grand Prairie, TX team.

The Specialist actively collaborates with branch partners, and internal business lines to generate referral opportunities and refers clients to Business Banking or other U.S. Bancorp partners as additional needs are identified.
