Primary duties include assessing client's functional deficits, developing treatment interventions, coordinating care with other team members, assisting client's to increase community integration and use of community resources and contributing information for the annual assessment and treatment plan. Facilitate the learning of pre-vocational, cognitive, sensorimotor, independent living skills, and social skills to restore or improve the client's level of functioning.
