We're excited about you because you have: • Bachelor's degree or higher; MBA a plus • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in B2C marketing either at a tech company, media agency, or consulting firm with experience building integrated marketing strategies and building client relationships • CPG-specific experience, a plus • Highly collaborative operator with deep experience partnering cross-functionally to drive alignment across CRM, paid media, creative, analytics, sales, operations • Strong communication skills with the confidence to present and engage effectively with senior leaders, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders • Fluency with data - including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics to understand efficacy of campaigns; Excel or Sheets experience a plus • A creative, problem-solving mindset and you thrive in ambiguity and excel at building innovative solutions in fast-moving, resource-limited settings.
