Reporting to department supervisors, this role involves tasks such as trimming dried flower, machine trimmer maintenance, sorting cannabis, pulling down dried flower in the dry room, destemming dried flower, and assisting in the cleaning of the dry room. Additionally, the Trim and Post-Harvest Tech will be involved in packaging dried cannabis products, production of pre-rolled joints, and may assist the cultivation team with gardening tasks, harvesting, and room cleaning as needed.

Position Overview: The Trim and Post-Harvest Tech at Brix Cannabis holds a pivotal role in our operations, ensuring the meticulous handling of dried cannabis flower in compliance with company standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Reporting to department supervisors, this role involves tasks such as trimming dried flower, machine trimmer maintenance, sorting cannabis, pulling down dried flower in the dry room, destemming dried flower, and assisting in the cleaning of the dry room. Position Overview: Propagation Technicians play a crucial role in our organization, reporting to Propagation Supervisor and Cultivation Manager, focusing on the meticulous care of cannabis plants during Vegetative Phase. They execute a range of operations related to plant care, such as cloning, pruning, transplanting, executing the companies integrated pest management procedures and comprehensive inspection for signs of deficiency or infestation. Propagation Technicians are also responsible for accurate labeling and tracking of plants using traceability protocols. In addition, they contribute to the post-harvest process, including harvesting, post-harvest processing, trimming, and packaging. Essential duties and Responsibilities:<ol><li>Mother Room Responsibilities<ol><li>Perform care for all Mother Room plants, including defoliations, bottoming, transplants, topping, and taking clones.</li><li>Keep the mother room organized and follow procedures given by the Propagation Supervisor to ensure plants are in the proper places in the Mother Room for optimal growth and health</li><li>Keep the mother room clean and organized, and perform regular inspections of plants to monitor for nutrient issues or infestation, and report all findings to the Propagation Supervisor</li></ol></li><li>Propagation Room Responsibilities<ol><li>​​​​​​​Perform care for all Propagation Room plants, including burping, feeding, and progression through the Clone Care by Day
