This role will be responsible for executing and optimizing  marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, SEO growth, and  revenue across retail and wholesale channels. The ideal candidate has experience in cannabis, alcohol, or consumer packaged goods  (CPG), understands digital trends and compliance considerations within regulated  industries, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position reports  directly to the Director of Wholesale & Marketing and plays a key role in shaping the  brand’s digital presence, community engagement, and overall customer experience. Reporting to department supervisors, this role involves tasks such as trimming dried flower, machine trimmer maintenance, sorting cannabis, pulling down dried flower in the dry room, destemming dried flower, and assisting in the cleaning of the dry room. Propagation Technicians are also responsible for accurate labeling and tracking of plants using traceability protocols. Essential duties and Responsibilities:<ol><li>Mother Room Responsibilities<ol><li>Perform care for all Mother Room plants, including defoliations, bottoming, transplants, topping, and taking
