You'll provide pharmacist availability for required consultations, medical oversight, medication interactions, dosage guidance, and state-mandated patient support.This is a high-accountability position for someone who values accuracy, compliance, patient trust, and medical professionalism within a rapidly evolving industry.Compensation: $5,000/month (part-time, remote)<h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul><li>Provide pharmacist availability during designated remote coverage windows to comply with Minnesota medical cannabis dispensing rules.</li><li>Conduct patient consultations virtually, including:</li><li><ul><li>Reviewing medical histories</li><li>Advising on interactions, contraindications, and product suitability</li><li>Supporting dosage and titration guidance</li></ul></li><li>Ensure documentation, patient notes, and state reporting are completed accurately and promptly.</li><li>Maintain strict adherence to Minnesota OMC pharmacist role requirements, HIPAA, and company SOPs.</li><li>Partner with dispensary operations to ensure all patient encounters meet safe, secure, compliant standards aligned with company values.</li><li>Support continuous improvement efforts, leveraging technology and efficient workflows to optimize pharmacist-patient interactions.</li><li>Provide medical and compliance guidance to on-site retail and patient care teams as needed.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OMC requirements, best practices, and clinical cannabis pharmacology.</li></ul><h2>Who You Are</h2>You are a detail-driven, highly dependable pharmacist committed to accuracy, patient care, and regulatory compliance. What the role is about: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Production Technician to join our growing dynamic team! The Production Technician is responsible for trimming, curing, and packing cannabis flower. This position reports directly to the Cultivation Manager. What impact you’ll make:  • Assist with with all aspects of trimming from bucking wet harvests, to packing flower for mass transport, to detailed hand trimming. • Monitor drying rooms for optimal conditions. • Trim dried cannabis flowers using hand-trim and automated trimmer methods. • Break down fresh cannabis flowers from stems and separate useable product from unusable waste. • Track the amount of usable and unusable waste for each plant/batch via data tracking system. • Trim dried cannabis flowers using both hand-trim and automated trimmer methods. • Must be able to hand trim at least 2 oz./hour of dried flower, with attention to detail to create a high-quality product. • Employee must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana they are trimming; adjusting their techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality. • Trim staff is responsible for clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day. • Weigh and package cured flowers, trim and other by-products for distribution to dispensaries and processing facilities. • Assist Cultivators with other duties around the cultivation site as directed. • Employee must exhibit competency in basic organizational, tracking and communication skills. • Employee must be able to work well independently, as well as with others. • Employee must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality product. • Employee must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals. • Employee must show up on time for work every day ready to work. • Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by Vireo Health and the state while processing marijuana. What you’ve accomplished: • Must have a high school diploma • Experience working cannabis preferred • Proficiency with MS Office • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly • Flexible availability (weekends may be required) • Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. • Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions. • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs.
