This role helps to design, build, and maintain the models, tools, and analytical frameworks used to value investments, project asset and liability behavior, and evaluate performance and risk across a wide range of economic and market environments, and then help to translate these insights into investment, hedging, and product design strategies that optimize financial outcomes and strengthen decision-making for our clients and the enterprise. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
