Instructs patient and family about tests/procedures, normal results, medications, nutrition and other health related issues utilizing approved protocol or written instruction, as assigned. GENERAL SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting the Licensed Healthcare Provider (Physician, APRN, PA) and nurses with patient care, clerical, environmental and organizational tasks.
