Duties include surgical first assist with both Cardiac and Thoracic surgical procedures, EVH, Endoscopic and Open Radial Artery Harvest, Robotic Thoracic Surgery, Pre and Post-Op, be proficient with placement and removal of chest tubes, central and arterial lines, temp epicardial pacing wires, Swan-Ganz cath, intra-aortic balloon pumps, sutures, and staples.
