Contribute to a sustainable inpatient care model that supports appropriate utilization of APPs, physicians, and fellows while preserving faculty capacity for consultation, procedures, diagnostic services, ambulatory care, and academic responsibilities. This is an opportunity to help build and shape an expanding pediatric cardiac inpatient program while developing specialized expertise in the care of children with congenital and acquired heart disease, heart failure, and cardiac transplantation.
