This role bridges the outpatient clinic, inpatient hospital environment, imaging, referring providers, and multidisciplinary heart team to ensure seamless patient navigation, timely evaluation, and evidence-based care delivery for patients with structural heart disease. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care: Evaluate and manage patients with aortic, mitral, and tricuspid valve disease, including pre- and post-procedural care for TAVR, TEER, TMVR, valve-in-valve, and other structural interventions.
