Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting, climbing ladders, standing, walking, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. This position is responsible for maintaining our buildings, equipment, grounds, and mechanical systems while helping ensure a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.
