Serving as the key connection point between guests, restaurant leadership, culinary teams, Hotel Guest Relations, and food and beverage partners, this role brings our menus, beverage storytelling, and Notre Dame connection to life through genuine, warm hospitality. Serve as a food and beverage brand ambassador by maintaining an in-depth knowledge of menus, wine offerings, cocktails, and Notre Dame family beverage partnerships, sharing these stories naturally with guests and team members during pre-shifts.
