Work closely with the Director of Construction Operations and field leadership to ensure material is procured as necessary to meet project needs, customer expectations are achieved, material fabrication and project schedules are met, challenges are resolved and labor and material cost are controlled and minimized. Assist direct reports with Resource management, proper team selection for all fabrication activities, resolution of issues, challenges and obstacles, understanding and execution of QA/QC protocols, implementation of Safety Department's protocols, meeting or exceeding productivity targets and meeting schedule deadlines.
