We are looking for professionals who have genuine retail dealership operations and DMS implementation experience, including: 5-7 years of hands-on experience working in an automotive dealership, with a strong focus on variable operations (Sales, F&I, Retail). This role will work closely with dealership leadership, Sales consultants, desk managers, F&I managers, Deloitte, and Tekion teams to support training, go-live readiness, and successful post-go-live adoption.
