This position is best suited for someone who is confident, physically capable, safety-focused, and experienced in maintaining a calm environment when supporting individuals who may experience behavioral challenges. What You’ll Do:</li><li>Provide steady, reassuring in‑home support to maintain a safe environment</li><li>Assist with routine daily care, hydration reminders, and scheduled personal‑care tasks</li><li>Offer guidance, calm communication, and supportive redirection when needed</li><li>Support mobility and help ensure safety during daily activities</li><li>Monitor general wellbeing and follow established care routines</li><li>Maintain professional boundaries and structure throughout the shift</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Caregivers who are patient, observant, and able to remain calm under pressure</li><li>Experience with behavioral support or willingness to learn</li><li>Ability to follow structured routines and maintain a safe, predictable environment</li><li>Reliability, clear communication, and strong problem‑solving skills</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>CNA/PCA or supervised caregiving experience for a minimum of one year.</li><li>Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray</li><li>Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
