Overnight Caregiver

A caregiver will perform all duties necessary to the operation of the daycare which includes cleaning, preparing lesson plans, securing facilities, and any other various needs which may arise. A caregiver will supervise all children assigned to them to ensure a child's safety and well-being while providing a clean, positive, and age-appropriate environment.

You will reward good behavior with words of praise, stickers, etc. Caregivers shall at no time use negative reinforcement. This includes, but is not limited to, corporal punishment (spanking), verbal abuse, forcefully placing hands on a child, etc. Caregivers will ensure your area is neat and clean for the next day.Caregivers will follow all guidelines and requirements set forth in the Employee Handbook.
