Minimum of 5 years of direct, paid caregiving experience working for a home care agency, healthcare company, facility, skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, hospital, or similar professional care setting. Candidates with backgrounds in skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, home care agencies, or other professional care settings are strongly preferred.
