SCOPE OF PRACTICE In accordance with state regulations, Home Health Aides and CNAs do not perform skilled nursing procedures, including medication administration, sterile dressing changes, catheterization, tube feeding, wound irrigation, tracheostomy care, enemas, or any task outside the approved plan of care.
