Because we design what we build, our Lead Carpenters play a critical leadership role by guiding projects from the first day of construction through final completion while working closely with Project Managers, the Director of Build, designers, homeowners, and trade partners. This role leads daily jobsite operations, manages quality and production, coordinates schedules with the Project Manager and Director of Build, supervises carpenters and apprentices, and helps coordinate trade partners to keep projects moving efficiently.
