Must have at least 5 years experience with the following :<ul><li>Read and accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.</li><li>Finish Carpentry</li></ul><ul><li>Install interior and exterior trim, millwork, cabinetry, and shelving.</li><li>Hang doors and install windows, ensuring proper fit and function.</li><li>Build and install staircases and railings.</li><li>Repair and restore historical or damaged woodwork.</li><li>Build and install cabinetry </li></ul>Safety and Compliance<ul><li>Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.</li><li>Operate power tools and machinery safely and proficiently.</li><li>Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure standards are met.</li></ul>Essential RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of documented experience as a Journeyman Carpenter Demonstrable expertise in both rough and finish carpentry.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and layout instructions.Must own and maintain a basic set of hand tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).Reliable transportation to various job sites within the greater San Jose/Bay Area.Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
