 COMMERCIAL SERVICE CARPENTERLOCATION:  Toledo, OH  Job Description We’re seeking dependable and experienced Commercial Service Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair duties in commercial buildings. You’ll have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, delivering high-quality service to our valued clients. <hr/><h3>What You’ll Do:</h3><ul><li>Install, repair, and maintain doors, windows, cabinetry, and trim work.</li><li>Perform glazing work, including the installation and replacement of commercial glass, storefronts, curtain walls, and aluminum frames.</li><li>Complete masonry repairs such as brick/block replacement, tuckpointing, concrete patching, and mortar work.</li><li>Perform basic electrical repairs (light fixtures, switches, outlets, etc.).</li><li>Perform light plumbing (clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, etc.).</li><li>Build and repair structures such as partitions, walls, and flooring.</li><li>Perform general maintenance as required.</li><li>Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local, state, and national building codes.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.</li></ul><hr/><h3>Qualifications for the Job:</h3><ul><li>Holds a valid driver’s license.</li><li>Experience as a carpenter, glazer, mason, or general handyman.</li></ul><hr/><h3>Why Join Allied Building Service?</h3><ul><li>Company vehicle, gas card and iPad provided.</li><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.</li><li>401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and advancement.</li></ul>Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
