Your long-term focus will center on building capacity plans for recurring lanes and seasonal peaks, developing a core carrier network, running scorecards, and partnering with the autonomous network team to cover freight around autonomous lanes. Finally, as volume grows, you will hire, onboard, and coach carrier reps and a supervisor, recommend performance scorecards and incentive plans, collaborate with the TMS team on automated tools, and report all operations risks to the Operations Manager.
