Manage Carrier Services (~20 hrs/week, Primary)
- Process adds, removes, and changes of domestic, toll-free, and international telephone numbers with upstream carriers. We’re looking for a Carrier and Billing Analyst who will play a key role in processing carrier and customer purchase orders, supporting new implementations, expansions, repairs, and terminations.
