Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance Transformation, with a dotted-line relationship to the Executive Director of Revenue Cycle Transformation, this role partners closely with stakeholders across front, middle, and back office RCM functions-including coding, charge capture/charge integrity, hospital and professional billing, cash posting, denials management, and accounts receivable follow-up-to drive process improvement and operational excellence. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor''s degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field; and 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, healthcare finance, or healthcare-focused strategy consulting, including hands-on experience in one or more back- or middle-office RCM functions (e.g., coding, billing, denials management, cash posting, or AR follow-up).
