The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, confidence, and the ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels (Associates, Technicians, Managers, Engineering, etc.) to meet training objectives and goals. Able to mentor new facilitators, able to certify on required safety courses, target trainings based on high failure rates, and demonstrate the ability to simulate a hands-on environment for training that might not be able to be conducted on the line.
