Draft, manage, and drive Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) from inception through cross-functional review and final approval, ensuring technical scope, affected configurations, implementation plans, cost and schedule impacts, risks, and required documentation are complete and aligned. Provide hands-on technical leadership: review architectures and designs, participate in code and design reviews, guide implementation trade-offs, and use Python and C expertise to diagnose issues, evaluate prototypes, or develop supporting tools when needed.
