Your Specific Responsibilities: Health Services Representative / HIV Outreach position serves as frontline disease interventionist providing education, counseling, and testing, follow up and referral services with CDC reported target populations and in areas frequented by those populations Diseases in areas such as bars, street outreach, known street drug locales, and community facilities / centers where high risk individuals may be housed / located. Emergency duty required of the incumbent includes working in special needs or Red Cross shelters, or performing other emergency duties including, but not limited to, responses to or threats involving any disaster or threat of disaster, man-made or natural.
