Job Summary: The Manager, Inpatient Care Management provides operational leadership for the performance of Care Management Services, including operationalizing strategic initiatives, monitoring the departments quality program, maintaining regulatory readiness, compliance monitoring, data analytics, and policy governance. Working in partnership with department supervisor and clinical lead, this role uses data and performance improvement methods to advance Care Without Delay objectives, optimize patient progression, strengthen resource stewardship, and improve departmental outcomes.
