Serving as the clinical leader and accountable physician executive, this role oversees the full lifecycle of specialty programs-from concept development and grant writing through implementation, compliance, performance monitoring, and sustainability-while ensuring seamless integration into BACH's clinical operations, quality improvement framework, data systems, and strategic plan. The position collaborates closely with executive and clinical leadership to advance innovative care models and strengthen organizational capacity, and is intentionally structured as part of BACH's physician leadership pipeline with anticipated progression to Chief Medical Officer (CMO), contingent upon performance and organizational needs.
