Be responsible for running and maintaining select processing and testing equipment that can include P&P machines, Reflow ovens, Sinter presses, Die bonder, Printing systems, Environmental test chambers, Power cycler, Die Shear machines, Electrical probing amongst others. This includes soldering, sintering and epoxy die bonding process optimization, reliability testing of joint materials, thermal cycling, power cycling, failure mode analysis and supporting product & technology development.
