Work closely with Global supply management to develop, validate and operationalize risk mitigation strategies: multi-sourcing, dual sourcing, strategic inventory positioning, contractual terms, alternate routing, nearshoring, capacity agreements, and scenario-based contingency plans. Lead rigorous root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, fault-tree analysis, DMAIC) after any operational incident; define and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure and verify effectiveness to prevent recurrence.
