In this role, you'll work across our North American locations supporting enterprise networks, servers, Microsoft 365, cloud services, cybersecurity, virtualization, backup and recovery, and endpoint technologies. Strong knowledge of networking technologies and concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless networking, and firewalls.
