Environmental conditions of this position are occasionally wide ranging including inside, outside, extreme hot, extreme cold, fumes, odors, toxic conditions, dust poor ventilation, hazards, humid, loud noises, vibrations, and wet. Grow service maintenance base by selling commercial HVAC service, products & solutions to new and existing customers, including repair service, modernization, and service agreements where applicable.
