Oversee routine medication-management activities, including Medication Administration Records, medication orders, medication availability, supplies, refills, pharmacy deliveries, discontinued or duplicate medications, and medication disposal records. The LVN Consultant will have flexibility in arranging working hours in coordination with the Administrators and RN Consultant, based on resident appointments, medication needs, required follow-up, and other facility needs.
