The Branch Manager in Training will work closely with assigned Branch Managers, Retail leadership, Business Banking partners, and support teams to build the knowledge, judgment, and leadership capabilities required to successfully manage a branch. The incumbent will learn the core responsibilities of a Branch Manager, including directing sales and business development, supporting operational objectives, delivering an exceptional member experience, developing and coaching branch teams, and ensuring the branch is positioned to achieve its annual goals.
