Requirements : Requires Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field of study, and 4 years of experience as Associate or Analyst involving financial modeling, valuation analysis, transaction execution, due diligence, and preparation of client-facing materials for financial institutions in the investment banking or a related industry. Lead end-to-end execution of multiple insurance services and distribution transactions, including reviewing valuation and financial analysis, coordinating due diligence, drafting and reviewing marketing and board materials, and managing internal deal teams and external parties.
