This role provides enterprise-level exposure to the structure and governance of a complex, global financial institution, opportunities to influence and strengthen governance practices across the firm, a broad network of senior stakeholders across multiple disciplines and geographies, development of strong business, financial, and regulatory acumen and experience in driving process improvement and operational excellence initiatives. The individual will build strong partnerships across Lines of Business and key corporate functions—including Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Legal—while developing deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and operational excellence.
