In collaboration with Mount Sinai's AMPATH Kenya Partnership Faculty Lead, Arnhold Institute leadership, Kenyan counterparts, and program staff, develop strategic program priorities and annual plans for Mount Sinai-led programs in AMPATH Kenya, aid in building program resources, capacity, and funding, and lead the in-country implementation of program and partnership development strategies. They will work with our partners at Moi University, Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH), the Kenya Ministry of Health, the AMPATH Consortium, and other relevant stakeholders to build clinical capacity for adolescent friendly care programs and deliver youth friendly clinical care, supervise Mount Sinai trainees rotating in Kenya, and engage in relevant research efforts to improve youth health.
