The BEES Program Supervisor supports daily operations of the Business Energy Efficiency Survey Program by coordinating staff activities, customer outreach, outbound calling to large prospective customers, event and trade show participation, survey scheduling, documentation, quality review, reporting, and client support. This role helps ensure surveys are completed accurately and on time, program records are maintained, customers and trade allies are engaged through professional outreach and promotional activities, and program activities align with SoCalGas utility-sponsored energy efficiency program guidelines and participation goals.
