This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on financial leader who enjoys working closely with Project Managers and firm leadership and who can help strengthen processes, improve financial visibility, and support the continued growth of the firm. Reporting to the CFO or Fractional CFO, the Controller will oversee the accounting team, financial reporting, project accounting, billing, cash management, payroll, budgeting, compliance, and accounting systems.
