Casino Development Manager Position Summary: The Casino Development Manager is responsible for developing and growing Fedway’s wine and spirits business within casino properties, with a primary focus on the individual restaurants, bars, lounges, entertainment venues, and other food & beverage outlets operating within each property. Events & Activations Collaborate with casino management, individual venues, and supplier partners to plan and execute wine and spirits events, tastings, dinners, launch parties, gifting programs, and promotional activations.
