This role keeps service smooth and polished from opening through the afternoon handover, coaches servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff, and works closely with the kitchen, front desk, housekeeping, and engineering to deliver the warm, experience-driven hospitality Clive Collective is known for. The AM Supervisor leads the morning team at Cala, running breakfast, brunch, and lunch service for hotel guests and Scottsdale locals.
