Ensuring an excellent working knowledge of department services, catering services, menu planning (including current food trends, food allergies, and dietary practices), vendor capabilities, meeting space, and building and WeBox Catering protocols, policies, and procedures. Consulting and driving the catering process on behalf of the customer (or event planner), providing expertise, support, and guidance in such areas as menu/vendor selection (based on parameters of request/budget), ordering and vendor management, logistical planning and set-up, and day-of delivery.
