Preferred Qualifications • Associates Degree A.S. in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive culinary or kitchen management experience • Corporate catering experience strongly preferred • High-volume catering or complex foodservice operations experience • Institutional or batch cooking experience • Hands-on chef leadership experience required • Strong knowledge of food trends, catering execution, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, email, and internet applications • ServSafe Certification - highly desirable.
